The Basics
COLD
• Mix 1 part filtered water with 1 part cold brew. Adjust, to taste.
• Add ice.
• Top with a splash of creamer or substitute half of the water for your dairy of choice and enjoy.
HOT
• Mix 1 part filtered water with 1 part cold brew. Adjust, to taste. (optional)
• Heat (with or without water) in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming - do not boil.
• Heat dairy of choice in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Pour into a French press and pump vigorously until milk is frothy. Add to heated cold brew and enjoy.
Drink Recipes
Slightly Sweet Brew
6 ounces cold brew coffee
6 ounces filtered water
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
half & half or dairy of choice
HOT: Combine coffee, water and syrup or honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming. Pour into a mug and top with half & half.
COLD: Pour each ingredient over ice in a glass. Stir to combine.
Cold Brew Lemon Fizz
6 ounces cold brew coffee
3 ounces filtered water
ice
3 ounces San Pellegrino Limonata Soda
Mix coffee and water in a glass. Add ice and top with soda. Add more soda, if desired.
Iced Thai Coffee
20 ounces cold brew coffee
12 ounces filtered water
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
ice
heavy cream or whipped cream
Mix coffee and water in a pitcher or large jar at room temperature. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir or shake until dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve, pour over ice and top with a splash of heavy cream or a generous dollop of whipped cream.
